WHAT IS ONE AFRICA INVESTMENT FUND

The ONE AFRICA INVESTMENT FUND (1AIF) is a transformative platform and investment vehicle based in Burundi, founded by Fablice Dieudonné Manirakiza. It is a collective investment scheme: CIS (Organisme de Placement Collectif: OPC) combining funds from numerous investors sharing similar investment goals; such as investing in BUJA CITY PLAZA reconstruction of Bujumbura formal central market which is currently in development. This approach allows them to access the market with guidance from the fund manager.

ONE AFRICA INVESTMENT FUND is structured to promote economic growth in Burundi and Africa in general. It is quickly becoming a Pan African fund to facilitate investments in high-impact projects. It aims to democratize investment opportunities, allowing both local Burundians and the African diaspora to participate in funding projects that target key sectors like infrastructure, agriculture, energy, and technology.

Key Aspects of the One Africa Investment Fund:

Goal: To unlock long-term, profitable investments through infrastructure development.
Flagship Project: Development of the BUJA CITY PLAZA as a catalytic project.
Investment Structure: The fund encourages both local and diaspora investments as well as foreign investors (FDI).
Partnerships: The fund has collaborated with AFRICAN DREAM ASSETS (ADA) as Asset Management Company.

ONE AFRICA INVESTMENT FUND officially launch its second campaign of fund-raising (Second Initial Public Offering; IPO) on the 28th July 2026.

A Unit or share's value increase from 103,000 BIF to 111,000 BIF and from $103 USD to $111 USD, It is driven by an 8% issue premium (prime d'émission) that provides a capital gain to investors from the first campaign using funds or participation from the second campaign.
