WHAT IS THE ONE AFRICA INVESTMENT FUND?

The ONE AFRICA INVESTMENT FUND (1AIF) is an innovative investment platform located in Burundi, established by Fablice Dieudonné Manirakiza. It operates as a collective investment scheme (CIS), pooling resources from multiple investors with shared goals, such as the redevelopment of the BUJA CITY PLAZA, is currently underway.

This model enables participants to enter the market with expert guidance from the fund manager. The ONE AFRICA INVESTMENT FUND is designed to foster economic growth in Burundi and across Africa. The ONE AFRICA INVESTMENT FUND has officially launch its second fundraising campaign (Second Initial Public Offering; IPO) on July 28, 2026.

The value of a unit or share has increased from 103,000 BIF to 111,000 BIF and from $103 USD to $111 USD, driven by an 8% issue premium, offering a capital gain to investors from the first campaign through participation in the second campaign.
